All refunds for damaged or incorrect products are managed through our e-commerce system and credited as store credit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request a photo of the item(s) to help us verify the issue.

Refunds via Store Credit

All approved refunds for damaged or incorrect products will be issued as store credit within our e-commerce system.

This store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

No Cash Refunds

We do not issue refunds in cash or to the original payment method, except in exceptional circumstances as required by law.
