Delivery Policy

At Pering Farm Bali, we’re proud to deliver fresh, locally grown produce straight from our greenhouse to your door. Listed are the terms of our delivery service to help ensure a smooth and reliable experience.

We deliver across Bali with flexible options to fit your schedule. Enjoy free delivery on Tuesdays and Saturdays in selected areas, or choose paid delivery Monday–Saturday (9am–4pm) via our trusted partners Gojek and Grab.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No. We only accept payment by credit or debit card, QRIS, or bank transfer, for produce and products.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

No. Our Farm is closed on Sundays.

Can I order and have delivery on the same day?

No. We harvest fresh daily according to orders, so we require all orders be submitted no later than 4pm the day before delivery. Orders received after 4pm will be deferred to the next available delivery or can be sent by Gojek the next day.

Can I make a smaller order and have delivery by Gojek?

Yes.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Yes. Ubud Rp 150.000, Sanur/Canggu Rp 250.000.

Can I have delivery on a different day?

Yes, you can have delivery on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday via Gojek at an additional delivery fee.
